Lighthouse Audit privacy
What happens to a URL you submit
- Your MCP client sends the page URL and device choice to this service, which runs as a Cloudflare Worker. The URL is therefore processed by this service and by Cloudflare.
- The service sends the URL to Google's PageSpeed Insights API, which loads the page and runs a Lighthouse audit. Google processes the URL under its own terms and policies.
- The results return to the client that made the request.
What this service keeps
The application does not retain audit history, results, or submitted URLs. It has no database, no cache, no accounts, and no per-user tracking.
For operations, the service writes a short log entry per audit containing a random request ID, the device, the duration, the outcome code, the provider response size, and the release version. These entries do not contain the URL, your IP address, or request headers, and they are deleted after 3 days. Cloudflare's automatic per-request logging, which would record IP addresses and headers, is turned off for this service.
What other services may keep
This page describes this service only. Google, Cloudflare, and your MCP client (for example ChatGPT) operate under their own privacy policies and may retain data according to them.
Please submit only public URLs
Do not submit URLs that contain passwords, tokens, or other confidential information. The service refuses URLs with obvious credentials, but it cannot detect every secret, for example one embedded in a path.
